THE OPPORTUNITY: As an IT manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and seamless operation of the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Strategic IT Leadership - develop & execute IT strategies aligning with the business goals. IT infrastructure oversight - Manage, maintain, implement & optimise the IT systems & infrastructure across the business Budgeting & Cost Management - Develop & manage the IT budget, reporting back to key leadership stakeholders Compliance & Security - Ensure compliance of all IT practises Vendor Management - Oversee external relationships, ensuring service quality & efficiency. Team collaboration - Lead training across the business, create & maintenance processes to promote a culture of continuous improvement ABOUT YOU: You will have previous experience in a similar role (IT Senior / IT Manager) within the construction sector. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role - IT Manager / Senior IT in residential construction. Excellent communication skills Proven leadership & successful management of IT systems in a similar role | Residential construction required.
